MC Nylon: English name of the Monomer casting nylon, Chinese, said monomer cast nylon. "Plastic steel, high performance," are extremely versatile.  MC Nylon (Ivory): unmodified cast nylon 6 properties with PA66 is very close to its good overall performance, strength, stiffness and hardness, creep resistance, abrasion resistance, heat aging, good machining properties. 

 MC901 (blue): This modification has striking blue nylon 6, nylon than the regular cast of high toughness, flexibility and good resistance to fatigue, that is gear, gear rack and the ideal material.

 PA6 (white): This material has the most favorable combination of properties including mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping and wear resistance. These features, coupled with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, so that PA6 as a "universal level" material, for the maintenance of mechanical parts and components manufacturing. 


 PA66 (cream): comparison with PA6, and its mechanical strength, stiffness, heat and wear resistance, creep resistance and better, but the impact strength and mechanical damping performance, very suitable for automatic lathe machining. 


 PA4.6 (reddish brown): Compared with ordinary nylon, PA4.6 is characterized by a rigid and strong to save, good creep resistance, a wide range of temperatures, more heat-aging, therefore, PA4.6 for PA6, PA66, POM and PET in the stiffness, creep resistance, heat aging, fatigue strength and wear resistance with regard to mainly the "higher temperature area" (80 -150 ℃) 


 PA66 + GF30 (black): compared with pure PA66, this nylon filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat resistance, strength, stiffness. Creep resistance and dimensional stability, wear resistance and other performance has improved, its maximum allowable temperature is higher.
